Why did you write this e-book?

When I started dealing with Bangkok properties back in 2012, I wrote a very simplified version of an e-book. I gave out that e-book in 2016 to those who signed up to my mailing list. That e-book touched only on topics like good locations to consider and tax and legal matters. It was very well received but I felt that it was not something that would cover all bases for someone who wanted to dive deep into the mechanics of investing in Bangkok properties. As time progressed, the Bangkok property market matured. Prices rose and the quality of developments improved significantly. With social media, there is a lot of information for investors. However, there is also a lot of misinformation. At times, coupled with certain bias for or against investing in Bangkok. I wrote this e-book to compile all the knowledge which I had gathered over the years. Speaking to lawyers, property agents, developers, scouring the internet, reading the Thai codes to understand the law. Google translate and some friends who could read Thai assisted me of course.

I wrote this e-book as a way of sharing with my subscribers my knowledge. I am a shareholder of a property company in Thailand so of course I hope that if readers of my e-book would like to buy, sell or rent Bangkok properties, they would consider my company. If you would like to know more about my company, IBP Real Estate Co., Ltd., you can visit https://ibprealestate.com/. IBP stands for Invest Bangkok Property. That is the name of the YouTube Channel that my friend and business partner, Kevin, started many years ago. Here is our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@InvestBangkokProperty.

How can I get this e-book?

You will need to sign up to my mailing list. You will receive my e-book in parts. The parts will match up to the Framework of the e-book and the Conclusion and Appendices.

Can I share the material with my friends?

Yes you can. I do not intend to make any money of the e-book. All I ask is that if you ever consider investing in Bangkok property, do consider IBP Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s services. You can also ask your friend to sign up to my mailing list as I will try to come up with useful content for property investors. I also write about investing in other assets as that is my interest. That may be of interest to you and your friends as well so do consider joining and staying on my mailing list.

Ok I am ready to sign up to your mailing list to receive my copy of your e-book, where do I do it?
