Hi there, I’ve been in real estate sales since 2004 and in my time in the real estate industry, I’ve concluded hundreds of real estate deals ranging from HDB transactions to private condominiums and commercial properties to high-end luxury condominiums and landed properties. I am conversant with real estate regulations and the real estate market and have written extensively about the Singapore real estate market.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I will set up virtual viewings for my clients so as to minimize the number of people entering their homes. This will help to keep everyone safe amidst the current predicament. Here is a short video of how I am going to conduct viewings virtually.
Here is are some of the virtual tours which I’ve put together for my clients. After the house is sold, they can also keep the virtual tour of their home as a memento. These virtual tours are also very useful for individuals who just obtained their investment properties and are looking to rent them out. Doing a virtual tour would mean that the homeowner can conduct virtual viewings once his tenant mentions that he does not want to continue with his lease. Moreover, the tour would show the house in a decluttered state, just like what it would be when the existing tenant clears the property upon moving out.

I do run regular webinars and seminars about the Singapore property market and I also work with architects to hold monthly landed property workshops. The physical seminars have been put on hold due to the current situation but we still continue to do our webinars. From these activities, I and my teammates have created a community of buyers and sellers which could potentially be clients who purchase or rent your properties as we have been running these events for years.
